Online Booking: Your Guide!
How to Book a Class
Class booking is done via the Pilates by Josie section of the website BookWhen. To get to there you can click here or click on 'Book Online' at the top of this page.
Once you're there, follow these steps:
- Click on the class you would like to book
- Click on 'Select'
- Click 'View Selections' (the basket icon) to the right of the screen
- Click 'Book Now' and follow the instructions to finish your booking

Book Multiple Classes
If you're feeling particularly organised, here's how you can book multiple classes at once:
- Click on the class you would like to book
- Click on 'Select' to the right of the screen
- Click on another class you would like to book
- Again, click on 'Select'
- Repeat this process until you have picked all the classes you'd like to book
- Click 'View Selections' (the basket icon) to the right of the screen
- Click 'Book Now' and follow the instructions to finish your booking
If you're feeling particularly organised, here's how you can book multiple classes at once:
- Click on the class you would like to book
- Click on 'Select' to the right of the screen
- Click on another class you would like to book
- Again, click on 'Select'
- Repeat this process until you have picked all the classes you'd like to book
- Click 'View Selections' (the basket icon) to the right of the screen
- Click 'Book Now' and follow the instructions to finish your booking
Class Passes
A Class Pass is form of block payment, which enables you to pay for the next few classes in advance at a discounted rate. This helps to save money and is a nice incentive to keep up with your regular practice.
Buying a Class Pass
When buying a Class Pass, you book in exactly the same way as above. You still have the option to book one class only and book the rest of the classes as you go. You also have the option to more as explained above. You must use up your Class Pass within the time frame described in the Class Pass description - if you're not sure what the time frame is please feel free to ask Josie.
Once you have selected your class(es) for these steps:
- Click 'View Selections' (the basket icon) to the right of the screen
- Click on 'Class Pass' above your selection(s)
- Click on 'Select' for your preferred Class Pass
- Click 'View Selections' (the basket icon) to the right of the screen
- You should now have your chosen class(es) and your Class Pass in your basket
- Click 'Book Now' and follow the instructions to finish your booking
